<p>Preparare una pastella unendo la farina lievito e l&#8217;acqua.<br />
Se il baccalà è secco deve essere prima messo a mollo per un paio di giorni, cambiando frequentemente l&#8217;acqua.<br />
Cuocete il baccalà in acqua bollente per circa 15 minuti, facendo attenzione ad eliminare le eventuali lische.<br />
Unire all&#8217;interno dell&#8217;impasto il baccalà scaldato.<br />
Lasciare il tutto a lievitare in ambiente non umido.<br />
Friggete con olio molto bollente , fino a farle dorare , per evitare che le frittelle si attacchino tra di loro friggere un pò per volta le pastelle, e utilizzare un cucchiaio bagnato per separare la dose.</p>
